Our cattle come from the highly respected Gardiner Angus Ranch (GAR) in Ashland, Kansas—recognized among the top 2% of operations earning the USDA Prime designation. GAR has perfected genetics to produce herds with up to 40% Prime beef, all without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. At The Beef Store, we build on this legacy by selecting only the best animals from our Gardiner herd, ensuring every cut meets our standards.

Our cattle are guaranteed hormone free, antibiotic free. They are raised in open pastures free of glyphosate on our ranch and never experience feed lot conditions. They have free range grass and clean water.
