Melt in Your Mouth BBQ Sandwich
Pucker up, BBQ lovers! This is one of those recipes that'll make your taste buds tango.

Smoker
Slow-cooker
INGREDIENTS:
- 3lb beef roast
- 2Tbsp chili powder
- 3tsp salt
- 1Tbsp garlic powder
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1Tbsp red pepper
- 1Tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except the roast.
- Place the roast in the slow-cooker, Pour the sauce evenly over the top.
- Cook on high for 3 hours and then reduce too low for 4 more hours.
- Remove the meat and shred.
Smoker:
- Season beef with salt, pepper, and garlic. Place in smoker for 3 hours.
- In a medium bowl mix the remaining ingredients together.
- Pour juice off meat and mix into the ingredients in the bowl. Skim off excess fat from beef.
- Pour juice over beef and place in oven, cooking at 300 degrees, for 6-8 hours, or until tender.
- Remove the roast, and shred.

NOTES: Wanting to make it ahead? The finished beef freezes well. Make the beef and let it cool completely before transferring to a freezer safe container to freeze. To serve, let it thaw in the refrigerator the reheat it on the stove.
